Auto update on cells when new tab created and input

On View sheet,
Cell B2= 1 jan Sheet Cell D1

Cell B3=1 jan Sheet Cell E1
Cell B4=1 jan Sheet Cell R3

Cell C3=1 jan Sheet Cell B3
Cell C4=1 jan Sheet Cell O3

Cell B6=1 jan Sheet Cell E33
Cell B7=1 jan Sheet Cell R33

Cell D3=1 jan Sheet Cell M15

What formula to input in order, when new tab created 2 Jan, the View tab Cell H2 will auto update and when i input in 2 Jan tab, view tab cell H3, I3, J3 and K3 will auto update.
