Auto Sort Question

I'm trying to make a spreadsheet to rank the shows I've watched. I have a chart where they can be sorted alphabetically, by my score, by the date I watched them, the amount of episodes, etc. That's already been done...however,

I wanted to also sort them by my rank preference. Say I have 3 titles

Name_____Score_____Date______Episodes_____Rank
Title 1.......8..............2013..........10................1
Title 2.......9 .............2009..........24................2
Title 3.......3..............2004..........77................3

I'd like to be able to add a new row above, say, rank 2, and then have the ones below it automatically become rank 3 and 4 respectively.

Name_____Score_____Date______Episodes_____Rank
Title 1.......8..............2013..........10................1
Title 4.......6..............2016..........12................2
Title 2.......9 .............2009..........24................3
Title 3.......3..............2004..........77................4

Is this possible?

Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
You would need to do this with VBA
AND
you would need to provide which column the ranking data is in
