Auto Sort Macro

Good morning! I've read other Auto Sort threads, but can't seem to adjust them to fit my data - not very familiar with Macros...

I have data in F3:N1440 I would to auto sort whenever a new entry is made in column H. Sorting column H by Font Color (white on bottom) and then oldest to newest.
