Auto sort between dates and times

Can someone help me on this. Really appreciate it seems I've been working on it for a few months and couldn't find the best solution.

I have 2 column, A and B which A is DATE and B is TIME

A B
26/08/2017 2:00 AM
25/08/2017 3:30 AM
26/08/2017 1:30 AM
25/08/2017 3:00 AM
25/08/2017 2:30 AM
26/08/2017 2:00 AM

I want auto-sort it when data was entered and become like this.

A B
25/08/2017 2:30 AM
25/08/2017 3:00 AM
25/08/2017 3:30 AM
26/08/2017 1:30 AM
26/08/2017 2:00 AM
26/08/2017 2:00 AM

Or is there any ideas when it has been sorted and count the similar date and time.
Ex : 26/08/2017 2.00 AM = 2

add a helper column and combine there, then use that for your sort days are whole numbers, times are fractional
