Auto Sort based on cell color

I have a spreadsheet that has 4 colors on it that need to be sorted automatically separated by two blank cell. the Colors are done using a conditional format. What i need it to look like is below. there will be muiltiple lines, and i would like it to move when the cell color changes based on todays date. the data starts in A2 with a header. Also can this be applied to 12 sheets?
