Auto Sort A List

Hello All! This is my first time posting. I have been through the site on different occasions looking for help and found very helpful threads.

Here is what I have.....
I am using Sheet1 R12:R19 data form a drop down list within Sheet1 (used in Column I). I have S12:S19 counting the number of times each of the items is selected from the drop down list (Column I).

I am trying to use the data from R12:S19 and sort from largest to smallest from the second column to generate a graph on Sheet2. I cannot get the auto sort to work when it is pulling information from a different sheet that is counting cells. Is this something that can be done? I am trying to make it simple to pull a chart at any time sorted from largest to smallest.

I can only get the auto sort to work if i manually type in the data for the second column.
