Auto Relationships?

Okay, I have two tables: "Students" and "Courses".

I created a relationship between the two using the StudentID field.

Now, when I use Lookup wizard to attach the list of numbers from the Students table, it creates a relationship again.

In the relationships window, it says like "Students_table 1".

How can prevent it from creating a 2nd relationship?

Excel Facts

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
Don't create the relationship yourself. When you use 'lookups' Access will automatically create a link, even if one already exists.

yes, that is one work a round, but I am helping write a shortcourse for work, and I want the employees to establish the relationships manually.

In that case, don't use the lookup wizard. You can instead insert a lookup field in datasheet view that will create the lookup functionality without creating a second relationship.
1. Select a field heading
2. Insert | Lookup Field, and follow the prompts (check the toolbar -- it may be hidden inside one of the other menus but I don't think so -- don't have Access on my desktop at work)
