Auto populating due date based on a frequency with frequency dropdown

I need to make a yearly calendar for maintenance based on frequency in a dropdown, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Semi-annually, Annually, Bi-annually. example if my dropdown is daily the calendar is marked on everyday but if i change it to weekly the calendar changes its marks based on the frequency. i cannot figure this out. please help.
