Auto Populating cells form a different page

Hi Guys,

I hope someone can help me... PLEASE!! I have a list of names in column A and depending on what name I select from that list it will populate cell "a1". Now depending on what name is in cell "A1" I would like it to reference a different page and auto populate the information that corresponds with that name. Is this possible?

Hello and welcome to MrExcel.

Try using Data Validation in cell A1 http://www.contextures.com/xlDataVal01.html

Then take a look at VLOOKUP to return matching information http://www.contextures.com/xlFunctions02.html
