Hi,

I need some help on what I hope is a simple question.

I am using a user form for data entry and for some data I have a combo box with drop down options. This is working fine so no issue there.

The option I select from the drop down is text and will populate cell R5. The source of the drop down is in cell AB15:20.

The text is an address, not that it matters but adds context

In cells AC15:20 will be the Longtitude and Latitude of the address and in AD15:20 will be a grid reference etc etc

I would like that when the user of the form selects an option in the list and it populates Cell R5 for Cells S5, T5, U5 to auto populate with the associated information.

Please help

Thank you

Logit,

great point and appologies. I do not currently have a download site to use so have added some images for context in the hope that this will help:

Cell "R20" is populated by a drop down menu, either directly in the worksheet as is shown here or via a ComboBox on a form. the source is in column "DU":

Once a selection has been made in Cell "R20" i would like Cell "R21" to auto populate with the relevant corresponding detail that is located in Column DV

Thank you again
