auto naming cells

ok this might get a little confusing but here it goes,

I have a spreadsheet that is going to have data that is always going to change, (dont ask how cos I dont have a clue) anyway what I want to do is name a range of cells, d4 to d10 for example, with the data that exists at cells c4 to c10,

any help will be appreciated
