 I have a table called Customers in that table are two columns one labeled States and the other Regions. What I need to do is when they are in the States column and they choose California, etc. (From a combo box linked to a table) I need it to automatically insert W (for the West) in the Region column. In other words it would look like:

State Region
California W
Nevada W
New York NE
Florida SE

so on and so on. Is this possible and how can I do it?

Thanks for any and all help.

You can't do it directly in a table, but if you want to store the data, a form will do the trick for you. Send me a PM with your email address and I'll send you a sample database to illustrate the concept.
