Auto insert / repeat data in various documents

As you can probably guess from the title I regularly have to complete five forms in succession that all have the same information on the first two pages.
Is there ant way I can set one as a 'master' and get it to auto populate the other forms?
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
