Auto increment values after certain number of printed pages

I have a project where I need a cell to auto increment by one every 4th printed page. It would look like this.

Page 1 - Pallet 1 of 100
Page 2 - Pallet 1 of 100
Page 3 - Pallet 1 of 100
Page 4 - Pallet 1 of 100
Page 5 - Pallet 2 of 100
etc...

What would I need to do to accomplish this?
