Auto generating User Form Template?

Has anyone created a User form directly from VBA? Is there any type of Auto template that can create the core of the user form for you based off an existing Excel sheet? So if you have a a sheet that has 6 columns and two buttons, it would be really cool if there was a way to invoke a basic template with generic spacing and the ability to select the basic type of objects that would be on the form.

Any suggestions or advice on where to find some good templates?

Allowing your code to re-write itself can be tricky and is usually marked as suspect by a virus scanner.
I would probably try making the largest grid I'd need then hiding parts that aren't required for a particular use.
