Hi all,

I tried the search function but couldn't find anything on this.

Is it possible to auto-format the datapoints in a bar chart so the colour reflects the value? Eg, all bars with a value of 90 or over display in blue?

I know I can do it manually, but the chart is ongoing so it fluctuates frequently.

Many thanks in advance,
B.

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Ne'er mind, found a workaround.

I've split the source data into the sections I want to be colour-coded, where values under 50 show up in the 'red' section and everything else returns as 0.
After that, my four groups only reflect the number within their range, and I populate the chart from the four series.

Bingo :)
