Hello-

I have one table that has demographic info. I have another table that I want to bring in just the name and phone number. I have successfully joined the LastName & FirstName fields into my "Name" column, and the user selects a name using a LookUp dropdown list. My next column is "Home Phone". This field exists on the demographic table and I'd like to have this info automatically fill in the new table based upon the name selected from the dropdown list. I've combined all three into one column but I don't like it. Is this possible to do?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Laura
Is the data entry being done on a form or directly in the table?
Andrew. :)
