Auto Colour Based on Time

We currently use a sheet for daily resourcing. It captures start and finish times, and some of the management team like a visual Gantt chart view also. I was wondering if there any way of setting the sheet so it auto colours the cells based on the start and finish time entered?

Hey Justin,

You can acheive that with conditional formatting. Select cell H4 & insert the below formula in the conditional formatting editor, select the desired color then copy the cell cross your range

=AND(H$3>=$E4,H$3<=IF($F4=0,"23:59",$F4))
