In the attached image, I have a construction manpower scheduling sheet that auto generates durations and crew sizes per day. Typically I would copy and paste the appropriate work days per week rows from the bottom of the image. I am wondering if it is possible to enter a 5, 6, or 7 in the upper "Days/Week" cell that would automatically create the proper 5, 6, or 7 day block breaks with the appropriate week number. As a long time (mediocre) Excel user, I always look to automate or simplify things for other users of a standard company file. This is not anywhere near a necessary item, more of a cool thing to add to this sheet.

If the image seems familiar at all, it is a modified version of one of the standard Excel Gantt charts I am using.

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
