Is it possible to add attachments to the forum or emails?

How do you do it be e-mails?

I click on my Inbox, compose new message but don't get an option to add an attachment.

Are you talking about the PM system rather than emails? If so, you can't.

Also, if you were thinking of doing so by the Private Message system (or email), make sure that you are aware of the Forum Rules, particularly number 4.
