attachment permission

Hi, I'm new to the forum.

I searched FAQ but didn't find an answer to this. I don't have permission to add attachments.

• You may not post attachments
• You may edit your posts

Is this normal or do I need to complete another step?

Hi Sanora,

I think i can help you!

If you have gmail account then login into gmail account go to Drive option showing above under black highlighted line then click on create (icon) which is left hand side above corner then upload your file. (If you don't have gmail account then please create it first)

After completing the steps copy the URL line and paste it into your Quote/Question in the forum.

You can post screen shots with the Board's HTML Maker (see my sig).

Regarding uploading files to file sharing sites, while you can, and sometimes it is the only way to fully convey your issue, we discourage it because 1) many people can't/won't download files from external sharing sites, and 2) it takes your question off of the board, and the purpose is to be able to expose your question(s) to as many people as possible.
