Title should have read "Attach Images". Sorry!

I have a couple of questions regarding the way spreadsheets are occasionally shown.

The easiest thing would be to show a screengrab, but when I use the "Insert Image" icon above the message compostion window you can only enter a URL for an image, you can't browse your own computer for the image.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

The image needs to be hosted elsewhere on the web (ie not on this forum itself). If it is simple worksheet cells' data then you can use one of the html makers but if it is more complex eg a chart you do need to upload the image somewhere eg to flickr or photobucket and link to that image.
