Attach data in one column

I have this sheet created by H.R. System , you notice that the data of every employee are scattered at various rows .
I can't use these data unless the code of every employee in the same column along with the value belongs to him then I can use pivot table to sum the values for every employee .
I can deal these few lines but the original sheet extended to about 3000 row , so it's impossible to deal with it, until the employee code is copied down to the rows to detect every value to the employee .
