How do I attach a screen capture image of a worksheet?
it might help in explaining problems encountered.
many thanks

There are various tools to do that here & a test board here to try them out.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY.
I have downloaded the MrExcelHTMLmaker20170807.xlam file but a message box appeared when unzipping the file:
it said> cannot create c:\program file\microsoft office\office15\ADDINS\MrExcelHTMLmaker20170807.xlam access is denied
I have already "unblock" the zip file..

Try unzipping to your personal add-ins folder instead.

Thank you for your reply..
I did unzipped the file and copied it into the ADDINS folder of excel - problem is how do I use it; I understand it is a tool to attach worksheet snap shot to this kind of "thread box" similar to attaching files in emails..
thanks again

In file properties you will want to unblock the file. The add-in creates the tables and list of formulas for you so you do not have to retype it into the forum. Select the cell and you can right click or used the ribbon tab and select the option you want.

You can test it in the test forum as HTML code is turned of here.

good day,
can't I just copy paste the image from snipping tool into the "thread box"?
many thanks

No you can't, the board doesn't have that capability.
