Is there a way to create an excel formula that calculates the ATP Tennis Tour rankings, which take into account the best 18 results in points and the type of tournament played ?

Is this an Excel question? I doubt that you'll get a response if you don't tell people on the list how to calculate something. What is the formula? Might you provide some data with examples?
If the data is not confidential post a link to your workbook. If necessary you can enter fake-but-realistic data before providing the link. Put the file on Dropbox, Box, 1Drive, Google Drive etc. Use the link icon above the message area. Make sure that other people can access the file!
