Assistance with auto-populating data from multiple tables to another table in Excel

What I would like to do is have the data auto-populate in the table based on the answers from the master table. Please see screenshots.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Which one is your "master table" and what are you looking to have populated?

My apologies, I wasn’t clear. I would like for the data input on the environmental rounds table to auto-populate on the summary table

And what data from the Environmental Rounds table would you like to be populated on the Summary table?

Data that is input on that table so it’ll be yes, no, NA, pass, or fail. There would need to be logic built in such that a certain number of ‘No’ responses equates a fail and vice versa to auto populate in the table as well
