Assigning/sorting rows due to statuses in other rows

Hi

In the table below I have a extract of a daily delivery status report. End of day I can see which department has failed to deliver some order lines!

This specific extract contain one sales order containing 5 sales order lines. The sales order is characterised by that the customer doesn't want partial delivery i.e. he wants all 5 sales order lines delivered at the same time. Investigating each of the sales order lines one must conclude that sales order line no 3 will block the delivery of the wholes sales order because "Stock on hand = 0".

My problem is now how do I somehow indicate on the sales order lines that "Purchase" also has the lead for not delivering the other 4 sales order lines because of the "No partial delivery clause"

Hopefully someone has met a similar problem or has a simple solution to fix the problem
