Hello all, I am creating an inventory sheet and am stuck on the waste category. It is obviously easier to count the waste as whole units, but I would like to assign dollar amounts to each unit in each cell, individually.

For instance, for hamburger buns($.33) lost, arbitrarily I would put 40 in the cell, that cell would multiply 40 x $.33 and total that in $ at the bottom of the chart. I also have beef($.46), hot dogs($.48), hot dog buns($.33), and water bottles($.27).

At the bottom of the chart I have a cell for average $ lost in waste and just below that one, total $ lost in waste.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
