assign end of day to staff vba

hi guys

I have 10 staffs in a group. Each staff is responsible for the closure of the computerized system at the end of the day. I need a vba code to assign the closure to each staffs.Each staff are entitled two closures per month.Working days are Monday to Friday. Is it possible to have it month wise starting with April 2018
your help will be highly appreciated
