Ask pattern in Regexp

I have text in B1 = : 2 myrext: take and :test
In c1 = 2 d1 = take ,e1 =test
This is my pattern
.pattern ="^[:]([^:].+?\s)$"
What wrong with my pattern in regular exspresion
 

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
