ask menjalankan 2 rumus excel dalam satu kolom

mohon bantuannya para sesepuh excel....

kalau mau menjalankan 2 rumus dalam satu kolom itu gimana ya...
saya sudah mencoba tapi selalu gagal :confused:

=((I3*30%)=I3),SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(J3;TRUE;"REQ ORDER");FALSE;"SAFE")
