arraylist for combobox

Hello people

I need an arraylist in a combo box that presents hours.

but I want to have the array list like 0.1=10 min

0.1 hours
0.2 hours

when it comes to 1.6 it returns to 2 and when it comes to 3.6 it returns 4 instead.

Could someone help me?

  For i = 0.1 To 28        Me.Time.AddItem (i)
    Next i

        Me.Time.AddItem Format(I, "0.0")
    Next I

but its not really what I wanted..

I want

0.1

0.3
0.4

1.2
