Array to select multiple sheet in VSTO

I use the array function in VBA to select multiple sheets in a workbook, but in VSTO (Vb.net) there is no such function. Is there any other way to select multiple sheets using VSTO (Vb.net)?

The equivalent VB.Net syntax would be like this:

Me.Sheets({1, 2, 3}).Select()
