Hi all,

I have two workbooks, one consolidated data sheet with about a 100 names like this:
viewimage.php
Home - imghst free image hosting - View Image

and I have to generate one workbook per name with the data and Chart for each name from the Source book as in the below image:
viewimage.php
Home - imghst free image hosting - View Image

(tried uploading pictures, maybe it's the wrong website to use because the pictures aren't displaying in Preview)

would I be able to do this with array formulas in a Template book, so all I have to do is change the name and the formulas would get the right data for each individual, and the Chart would be correct.

If so, how would I do that, can you help?

Or would I be better off building a macro to create one workbook for each person from the source workbook?

This is as you have probably guessed for HR Dept.

working in Excel 2003
thanks for any help
Philip

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
BTW, although I will be working in Excel 2003 on Monday, I am doing this at home with Excel 2010, so cannot use the Mr Excel HTML maker, how can I load images to show what I am trying to do please?
