Arranging numbers in a particular order

Sir , I have a query with starting register number and ending Register number of a batch of students
how can i create a report as given below (for Eg. starting reg.Number 346 and ending Reg.Number 483)

REGISTER NUMBERS

FROM TO

346 365 (20)
366 385 (20)
386 405 (20)
406 425 (20)
426 445 (20)
446 465 (20)
466 483 (18)

It will be very helpful if a VBA code is available

Sir I have a table and a query in ms access with register number of students . i have to create a seating arrangement for examination (as shown in above report) each room contains 20 students and in the last room 20 or less than 20

Don't you have the query? I'm not sure what you mean. Is there something wrong with the query? Normally you just run your query to get the information you want.
