I have a booking system and need to archive old appointments in a table (ie. all apointments dated before a certain date) Ideas please?

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Sort by date Sort by votes
You can create a make table query to create a table with records before a certain date, then you can run a delete query on your original table that deletes the old records.
