Hi guys,
I've got this spreadsheet i designed took me a very long time, however there is one major issue. It takes their Office365 name and populates a cell, the idea is it searches that name via filtering to find the user and displays his records.
It works in the majority of cases, however there is a crucial issue where the username on Office365 doesn't match the user name on the filter table the user wont appear.
For example :
Andy in office 365
Andrew on table
Ashley in office365
Ash in table
The last names are 98% always the same, however a person may share a last name.
Is there a way to do a approximate match, on two columns (first name, last name). To see if it's any similar to the value in D6, if it is can it concatenate the cells and return it?
Thanks
