Applying Comma style, but having whole numbers have zero decimal points

I'm trying to figure out how to format a group of cells where comma style is applied, but if the number is whole it has zero decimal places. I don't understand the excel code very well I don't know how to do this off the top of my head. I'm sure it's very easy, but any help is greatly appreciated!

=SUBSTITUTE(D2;",",".")+0
