I have a 21 page workbook, and I’d like to find out if there’s a quick way to apply the same print area/page setup to all the documents so that they all print at the same time within the same range. Can anyone help me?

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
AFAIK, if you select multiple sheets and then set print attributes, they apply to all of the selected sheets.

Welcome to the board!

What you can do is "grab" all of them by holding shift and selecting all of the sheets then while they all are active do your print area and page setup things.

Hope this helps!

The simplest answer is the most often overlooked, eh? Thanks so much for your quick responses! I really appreciate your help. This page is amazing, it's wonderful that something like this is out there.
