Apply sublist to groups list in vba

Please, is it possible to create sublist to groups listed from dropDownList in a combo box such that each group of items selected can have a sub DropDownList? For example if Chocolate represents a group then when selected will display all brands of chocolate in that group. Please help me with alternative solution if using combo box won't produce the result. Thanks Mbah peter
