Apply rule in Outlook 365 where my name is To box and my name is also in multiple email distribution group

I want to apply a rule in outlook where someone has kept my email address in the To Box only. and the sender has also kept multiple email distribution in the CC box
My name is also present in email distribution in the CC Box . I want all such mails to move to specific folder .
I tried various rules but no one of them seems to work . If someone has kept me in the To Box only i want the email to move to inbox and ignore the CC box even if my name is also in email distribution group. There are various other rules as well , i don't want the other rules to move the mails if the above is already executed . In other words it should not override the previous rule and move that mail to inbox.
