Apply formats as per results of cell conditional formatting

Is it possible to apply the resulting formats of a number of conditional format rules to a cell via code?

I have a process that copies out a number of sheets and these sheets rely on a value in a sheet that doesn't get copied out and therefore, when the new file is created all the conditional formatting rules return FALSE.
