Apply changes stuck

I have just changed the connection to a powerBI document and it is stuck on the idea there are changes pending. Everything is refreshed within the query editor and the document itself is refreshed. The doc saves fine (after trying to apply the changes yet again) it all looks corrrect and up to date but is there anywhere I can check to see what may be causing it?

Certainly is strange. One idea. Try making a change to a table. You could add a column in PQ, for example. See if that forces a recalibrate
