Application.Interactive not changeable in break mode

When in break mode, many properties of application cannot be set, like screen updating, display alerts and interactive.

I think interactive is especially annoying as it will not be automatically set as true even if I can't change it.

Is there any workaround for this?

When in break mode, the Application.Interactive cannot be changed at all while the other properties will be set to true in break mode
