Hello, is it possible to change a folder name automatically? I have about 25 folders that I would like to append the name with the text "NHS". Is this possible or is it a manual job? TIA.

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
You can do that with VBA. There are some old threads that deal with this, such as these:

If you need more specific help, you will need to provide more detail.

Solution
Many thanks - I have had a look and using VBA is too worrisome for me. I really dont have a good grasp of it and am more concerned about making a mistake which could lead me to a world of pain. I should have realised that it would involved VBA before posting. But thanks anyway.

You are welcome.

Yep - in Excel, the word "automatic" almost always means VBA will be needed!
