I'm running a make table query followed by an append query.

Is there a way to do the append query that if the item already exists, it won't add a new line?

Let me know if that doesn't make sense.

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Do an unmatched query between the table you are writing to and the table you are writing from (so that it only returns records that are no already found in your destination table). Then use this query as the basis for your append query.
