I somehow got the following corrupted language in the formula of my cells.....

C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel\

I have 2 spreadsheets that communicate with each other. This happened often a few years ago, but hasn't happened again since this past week. what am I doing wrong. these two excel files stay in the same folder and I do not email them anywhere. they stay together.

Two questions:
1) how do I remove the corruption without having to go through each cell and remove it? there is probably 1000 cells I would have to work on and it would take me a few hours.

2) how do I keep this corrupted formula from happening again?

Please help save me some time with a solution not too complicated. Thank you so much!

Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
maybe unrelated, my 2016 was saying my files were damaged and started auto repairs, yet loading the same file in 2019 and not a stutter
