Hi,

I'd like to be able to hyperlink a word / excel / powerpoint doc to a form. However as the particular document isn't known, I'd like to be able to browse for a file from the form and when you select it, the hyperlink becomes active with that link.

Anyone any cluse as to how to acheive this ?

Thanks
Darren

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.

I'd do it using Insert | Hyperlink with the cursor in the desired field (or, if you want to have the entire form point to the same article, regardless of the record, use a Label). When the dialog box comes up, browse to the doc, select it and you're done.

Hi Thanks,

But each record displays a new data-set that will have a different link....I can't pre-determine the document for all recordsets.

Also..When the form is active, the 'Insert Hyperlink' command is ghosted...
