I am working on an Excel-based project to predict NBA scores. I have a large database (over 10 seasons worth) that I am currently scrubbing, smoothing it all as well as nailing down the factors to be run through any type of analysis. My knowledge of basketball far exceeds my knowledge of Excel, regression analysis, neural networks, etc. I have seen this product, NeuroXL Predictor, and am wondering if this would be a good investment?

Also if this type of project interests anyone, let me know. I am happy to do the grunt work and feel confident that this will yield real results.

thanks for your time,
Chris Boudreau
