Anybody use "MS Audit and Control Management Server"?

Hi everyone!
Just watched the video on YT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wl1qFRI5u5Q&t=52s
and was excited by features, provided by this solution.
But, then I started to find installation files and docs via Google, I had find nothing.. :(
Also, on this forum I have no information about this stuff..
What I do wrong? IMHO it's amazing program.. Where could I get it?

Thanks for any help!
 

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
